BAG MAKERS Wins 2026 PPAI Pyramid Award

Bag Makers, Inc., (PPAI 111408/asi37940) received a 2026 Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) Silver Pyramid Award for Supplier Decorating in the following category: Supplier/Distributor Collaboration. BAG MAKERS worked with distributor Inspired Results/Safeguard to produce custom boxes for Finnegan the Dragon—an early literacy program that incorporates interactive songs and guided sound-play.

PPAI’s annual Pyramid Awards honor creative excellence in the promotional products industry and recognize dependable suppliers, outstanding promotions, creative campaigns, and exceptional craftmanship by PPAI members. The Supplier Decorating award program celebrates the craftmanship, successful delivery, and creative service of promotional products suppliers.

The award-winning custom Finnegan the Dragon box was developed to package literacy kit materials, including a plush dragon, book, mirror, pocket chart, and flashcards. The customer wanted the boxes to convey the whimsy of the Finnegan character while inspiring excitement for recipients to unbox the materials and begin the program. The finished product was constructed with heavy white fluted cardboard with gloss lamination and was printed with a 4-color, edge-to-edge process. The exterior artwork prominently featured a colorful Finnegan the Dragon holding a music note, while the bright green interior featured another Finnegan graphic and a QR code to start the program. The custom box is now featured on the Finnegan the Dragon website.
