Bag Makers Now Offers Flat-Rate Plate Charges
Citing its desire to greatly simplify the sales and ordering process for distributors, Bag Makers, Inc. (asi37940/ppa111408) has announced that it is discontinuing the bag industry's long-standing tradition of calculating plate costs based on the square inches of the design. Beginning January 1st, the company will offer one flat rate for either its flexo or hot stamp plates, regardless of the size of the design. This concept will streamline the sales and ordering process and help distributors close more orders. Flexo plates will be priced at only $50.00(G) while Hot Stamp plates will be $70.00(G).
